Congratulations to SCIP Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd for delivering the optimal designs for the civil infrastructure of Midrand’s President Park Ext 70, in Johannesburg South Africa. The project provided 169 residential stands in the affordable housing township development. The project required all the necessary civil infrastructure for the stands including the utilities, services and road access. The design scope included:

• Minor earthworks
• Internal water
• Internal sewer
• Link sewer
• Internal roads and sidewalks
• Internal stormwater network
• 2 attenuation ponds
• External road upgrades and new sidewalks
• External stormwater upgrade
• New Gautrans intersection
