Congratulations to Zutari Engineering Consultants for the provision of civil engineering services for ‘Ebenezer Portion 20’, which forms part of Bitou Municipality’s ambitious Social Housing Development Programme. The project involved the utilities and infrastructure design including sewer, water, stormwater, roads, traffic circles and cul-de-sacs.
