Gilgal Development Consulting Engineers: Mbizana Ward Water Supply Scheme

Progress on the Mbizana Water Supply Scheme

Gilgal Consulting Engineers have successfully advanced the Mbizana Water Supply Scheme using Civil Designer software. The team completed the detailed design of the 11km bulk pipeline and associated infrastructure, including command and service reservoirs and a comprehensive 215km reticulation network.

Contracts 1 and 2 for Ward 21 are now 60% complete and will provide Pangweni, Dangeni, Mbanqwana, and surrounding villages with new concrete reservoirs tailored to meet local demand.

“Civil Designer has enabled us to handle the detailed designs for the concrete reservoirs, bulk pipeline and related infrastructure very efficiently. We have much appreciated the software and support services.”

— Mabhele P. Mrwetyana (Pr Tech Eng), Director, Gilgal Global Africa
