Congratulations to Scip Engineering Group (Pty) Ltd for their efficient progress with the design of the infrastructure services for Tirong Ext 19, a residential development project in the Fourways Precinct of Gauteng. The project includes a stormwater attenuation facility and various gravel to surfaced road upgrades (in line with the City of Johannesburg’s Roads Master Plan), with all the necessary stormwater, link water, and link sewer services for 171 residential stands.
